Первую очередь это DC++ хабы (наш локальный файлообменник).
Есть внутренний сайт, портал обмена информацией - http://beeline.vodnik.xyz (радио, фильмы,cs серв, обменник, прокси).
На хабе есть торрент файлы (в шаре у юзеров), которые скачиваются utorrent-ом так же,
без доступа в интернет, главное найти хоть 1 локальный пир BeeLine KZ.

Если у вас нету возможности платить за интернет по каким то причинам за безлим, советую вам подключить самый дешевый тариф за 1500 тг 20 гигов -порог,
все равно ваша локалка будет тянуть  как с безлимитного тарифа 100 мб, по локальной сети провайдера, с  хабов либо с торрент-трекеров где есть наши пиры.
Пометка: Советую логин опачивать  раз в 2-3 месяца, для того чтобы ваш порт не заняли, если все порты свича (коммутатор на чердаке) будут забиты то  ваш могут выдернуть или либо  отрезать монтажники и такое бывает но не часто.

Будем делится между собой прокси (нэтом) у кого есть нэт, для тех кто не может заплатить...

Для тех кто сидит на прокси, ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО присутствовать на хабе, не зачем вам быть скотом, который получил свое и убегать как подлый гад!
Хаб это в первую очередь файлообмен и вы если будите заходить набегами когда вам что то нужно, то от вас толку нету! Цените доброту, ведь вы на хаб
заходите что то скачиваите и получите тока пользу же от него, и нету ничего сложного просто запустить клиент и не закрывая его полностью а просто свернуть...
Он много не ест системы и тем более трафик, так почему не быть благодарными тому что для вас есть хорошо?
